Warranty Policy

Defects in materials or workmanship under normal usage.

Functional failures of the main hardware component (e.g., switch mechanism, circuitry) when installed and used according to the manual.

Repair or replacement of the defective Product or component at our discretion.

This warranty does not apply to:

• Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
• Modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by unauthorized persons.
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, paint damage) that does not affect functionality.
• Damage due to external causes: lightning, water exposure (unless Product is IP rated for water), power surges, fire, natural disasters.
• Consumable parts: bulbs, batteries, fuses, or other accessories subject to normal wear and tear.
• Any Product if the original serial number, purchase receipt, or warranty card is missing or altered.

To make a warranty claim:

1. Contact our support team via support@novon.com within the warranty period.
2. Provide purchase proof (order number, receipt), Product serial number and a detailed description of the issue.
3. We may ask you to return the Product (postage paid or reimbursed by us) or request photos/video of the defect.
4. Upon verification, if claim approved — we will repair or replace the Product, or provide a refund at our discretion.

Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective Products.

We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary by state or country.
