Furi 8 Inch Chef Knife
A chopping and dicing all round work horse in any

is a high-carbon stainless steel alloy which holds an edge as long
as any vanadium stainless steel knife and because of the careful
consideration of material, the Furi knife is less likely to be damaged
by continues use.
- High carbon stainless steel alloy with a tempered hardness of
HRC52 which holds an edge like vanadium alloys but is more easily
re-sharpened

than cutlery with riveted handles
