- A different colored mat is provided for each of the six main
food bacterial groups: raw red meat,
seafood, poultry, cooked meat, vegetables, and dairy.
- Mats are made from polyethylene (PE), for maximum hygiene and
knife edge protection.
- Solid PE base holds each mat securely, and provides a firm
resilient base for comfortable cutting.

Cut one type of food on the matching mat. Each of 6 mats are marked
for their appropriate food group.

Peel off and funnel the food in to a pot, wok or a plate, etc. Throw
the mat in the sink for rinsing and washing later.
Cut the next type of food on the next cutting mat (eg. vegetables
on the green mat). Peel off and funnel the food as before
Replace disposable mats when they become deeply scored and difficult
to clean. Keep the sturdy cutting board base.
