Furi 6 Inch Boning Knife

The Furi 6” boning knife has a piercing tip
and somewhat flexable curved blade for separating meat from skin
and bone. Popular with many prominent chefs and has become a great
tool for home cooks as well. Thanks to the Furi engineers, the features
and construction of just one seamless piece of stainless steel is
used through out the knife. There are no rivets to come loose and
no wooden or plastic handles to ware or melt. The metal is a high-carbon
stainless steel alloy which holds an edge as long as any vanadium
stainless steel knife and because of the careful consideration of
material, the Furi knife is less likely to be damaged by continues
use.
- High carbon stainless steel alloy with a tempered hardness of
HRC52, which holds an edge like vanadium, alloys but is more easily
re-sharpened.
- Single piece seamless construction is more durable and hygienic
than cutlery with riveted handles.
- Wedge shaped grip resists slip towards blade, even with wet
or oily hands.
- Handle has microgrooves for more secure grip.
